The RS range represents the middle range of floor model double-arm mixers from Bernardi. Capable of every kind of dough, the RS comes in 27, 35, and 60-litre sizes. It will perfectly knead and oxygenates dough to a standard that praises the highest tradition. The patented compact system enables the double arms to adapt to minimal space requirements and offers exceptional performance.

Ideal for preparing large quantities of yeast in confectionaries, bread of high hydration, dough for pizza, focaccia, croissants, short pastry, flaky pastry, egg pasta, brioches, panettone, and more. With 2 speeds and a high torque induction motor, It strings dough with high hydration to perfection, even until 75%. Also available is the Pizzaiola special model, which is variable speed.

RS

RS  is a compact double arm mixer for professional use. RS range is composed of three kneading machines with two-speed levels: RS12 (12 kg. of dough) and RS24 (24 kg. of dough), RS48 (48 kg. of dough)

The RS range is especially suitable for basic dough for pizza, bread, and focaccia.

MAIN FEATURES: two-speed arm moving system (38 and 52 strokes per minute) small-sized double-arm compact system, completely extractible kneading arms, double-channel emergency stop system (“Safety Torque Off”), touch-system control board, high efficiency induction engine.

The touch-system control panel and the high efficiency induction engine permits to obtain a high torque with minimum consumption and a complete noiseless operation.

Easier emptying and cleaning operations thanks to its arms been completely extractible.
