ANEMOS COMPACT FAN FORCED OVEN

The Teorema Anemos compact ovens enjoy the same standards and quality as the larger ovens now in a benchtop model. Cooking takes place through a heated air flow blown into the chamber by means of two fans. The automatic fan direction reversal allows constant heat distribution and ensures the product is cooked evenly in all parts. Convection enables reduced cooking times and lower cooking temperatures, with energy savings. Available in a super high-powered version also.
