For a 20% pump above raw weight dissolve 1.1kg corned beef cure in 20l of water.
After dissolving the cure add salt 1.5kg ( to your preference) sugar can be added if desired. Dissolve before pumping
Premix contains sodium nitrite 1.7%

For a 20 pump above green (raw) weight dissolve 1.1kg Corned Beef N1040 cure in 20L water. After dissolving cure add salt 1.5kg (to your preference), sugar can be added if desired, dissolve before pumping. Pump meat to 20 above raw weight. Premix contains Sodium Nitrite 1.7%
