The Azzurro Bakery series is available in a 2-tray & 3-tray (600 x 400) capacity and is modular so it can be stacked up to 3 units high. Full stainless steel baking chamber & structure and refractory stone base standard (steel base upon request). Designed for energy saving and featuring thick 8cm insulation, double glazed doors, high temp sealing gaskets, and economy modes. The advanced control panel offers complete customization of all baking parameters whilst the upward-lifting door ensures a compact working space. The unique dual baking system allows both static and fan-forced cooking methods for versatility. Injector steam is standard and the display allows you to set the length of vaporized water release. 250mm high chamber to satisfy all baking products
