Corona is well known Australian company for making award-winning sausage meals.  most blends have been designed to follow a ratio of 1kg flavored meal. 2kg of ice-cold water and 10kg of meat/fat. Use quality trimmings of beef, lamb, pork, or poultry, the quality will be determined by the quality of meat used.

Sausage “premixes” are a convenient and flavoursome option for quickly seasoning sausages without the hassle of developing a recipe or weighing individual ingredients.
