A prestigious balsamic vinegar, created rigorously without added colourants or sugar, using only cooked grape juice and wine vinegar. It is aged in oak barrels by one of Modena’s top vinegar producers. The end product is an exceptionally dense vinegar, notably sweet and aromatic, which performs brilliantly as an enhancer in any recipe: perfect for seasoning salads and roasts, it’s also stunning sprinkled on parmesan flakes or strawberries or figs.
