Nduja “the wonder ingredient” A unique product from the southern most region of Italy, Calabria. It is being picked up amongst chefs across the world and being paraded as the “greatest discovery since mozzarella”  `Nduja is a spreadable pork sausage in a plate-invading and most unique tasting ingredient, suitable for many recipes.

Nduja is a spreadable cured salami made with pork meat, salt, herbs and the famous Calabrian chilli making it quite a spicy cured meat. It does not contain any kind of artificial colourants or preservatives.  As ‘Nduja’s spicy complex flavour is a hot affair. So a little will go very far.
